Touchline FC
Touchline FC is a grassroots football club management app handling the full administrative complexity of amateur football — scheduling, lineups, stats, and team communications. The challenge was building an experience that worked for coaches who were often managing their team from a phone in a car park five minutes before kick-off. Speed, clarity, and reliability were not optional — they were the product.
We designed a match-day-first interface where every critical action — confirming a lineup, sending an availability poll, posting a team update — could be completed in under three taps. The information architecture was rebuilt around the coaching day rather than administrative logic, and the visual system used bold contrast and large touch targets to work reliably in outdoor light on any device.
