01The Challenge
Property managers at Tenley were juggling emergencies via phone calls, text messages, and spreadsheets. Response times were slow, assignment visibility was zero, and no audit trail existed. They needed a single tool that worked fast under pressure.
02Our Approach
We designed and built a native mobile app with a live emergency list, priority flagging, property assignment workflows, and a daily ops view. The UI is intentionally minimal – large touch targets, clear hierarchy, zero cognitive load when something is on fire.
