Scoutium
Scoutium is a sports performance evaluation platform used by professional football scouts, coaches, and club analysts across Europe. Its core value — objective, data-driven player assessment — was technically powerful, but communicating complex match data, rating systems, and potential scores in a way that worked on a mobile screen for a scout in the stands was a genuine UX challenge the existing design had not solved.
We redesigned the Scoutium interface around the scout's actual workflow — fast, intuitive player rating during a live match, followed by deeper analysis and report generation afterwards. The data visualization system was rebuilt to surface insight at a glance, with progressive detail layers for when the scout needed to go deeper. Every interaction was optimized for one-handed, outdoor use.
