Folk Potions creates small-batch herbal wellness products rooted in traditional plant medicine — a category with a passionate but discerning buyer who wants to understand exactly what they are consuming and why. Their Shopify store lacked the ingredient depth, origin storytelling, and artisanal presentation that their audience expected, leading to high bounce rates and a conversion rate well below the category average.
We built an earthy, hand-crafted Shopify experience that made the brand's sourcing philosophy the centrepiece of every product page. Ingredient provenance, traditional usage context, and herbalist notes were layered into a design system that felt as carefully considered as the products themselves — turning browser scepticism into buyer conviction.
