Booking Community
Booking Community is a two-sided marketplace connecting independent travellers with boutique accommodation listings — competing in a space dominated by giants. Their original platform lacked the trust signals, search functionality, and listing quality that drive conversion on both sides of the marketplace. Properties were not getting discovered; travellers were not converting.
We rebuilt the platform with a traveller-first search experience, listing quality standards, and trust-building elements embedded throughout. A WordPress backend with custom listing management gave property owners full control, while a refined search and filter system helped travellers find exactly what they were looking for.
