Book a Pitch connects amateur football players, teams, and organisations with sports pitch venues across the UK. The platform had a solid concept but a user experience that frustrated both venue operators and players. Clunky calendar management, poor mobile usability, and an unreliable booking flow were costing the platform transactions on both sides.
We rebuilt the platform on a custom WordPress foundation with a real-time availability calendar, team management tools, and an instant booking confirmation flow. The mobile experience was rebuilt from scratch — because most players book from the touchline, not a desktop — resulting in a dramatically higher conversion rate on mobile.
